Standard license
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use and customize the digital product for personal use or internal use within the buyer's own business.
You may
- Enter your own business information and records.
- Customize editable fields, categories and settings for your own use.
- Create internal business outputs using the purchased product.
- Keep reasonable backup copies for your own use.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original product or modified copies.
- Upload the purchased file to a public download location.
- Repackage the product, workbook, eBook or included content as your own competing digital product.
- Sell access to the original purchased files or their substantially similar copies.
Ownership
The purchase transfers a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying product design, structure, written content or brand assets.
